He came to Lexus after first visiting the Acura dealership next door, where he had decided to purchase a new Acura 3.2TL to allow me to drive " did. My husband decided to give me an opportunity to drive a new vehicle by giving up his Nissan Maxima as a trade in for me, his wife, to experience the joys of new car ownership; an experience I had not had since I purchased my Acura in April of 2001 ( I got the 2002 that year). My husband, Darrow Richmond, raves about the stellar customer service he received from Chris Merx and Jeremy Mayoral. From the time he entered the dealership until the deal was made, with promises of future excellent encounters to come. he felt the appreciation for one who was a potential buyer. Later, he was given information and invited back so that we can get an "inservice" on all the amenities the car has to offer. He was so pleased by his encounter at this Lexus dealership. I have been looking for a good used Lexus RX400h for months and finally found the one I wanted at Lexus of Orland. I live in Utah so I called the dealership to see what my options were for purchasing th months and finally found the one I wanted at Lexus of Orland. I live in Utah so I called the dealership to see what my options were for purchasing the car and getting it shipped to me. I was fortunate enough to work with Stacy and Chris. Both men were very accommodating and helpful. I have another vehicle that I am trying to sell so Chris gave me the option of putting a deposit on the Lexus I wanted so he could hold it for me. I have never had a dealership offer to do that and I was truly impressed. Unfortunately, I was not able to sell my car and Chris refunded my deposit. Again, something that I was amazed by! When I do finally sell my car I will definitely be calling Chris Merx to sell me a Lexus. More

We are senior citizens and were looking for a car and Dealership that would "go out of their way" for us. We needed some newer options (that we were unfamiliar with) on a vehicle; back up camera, blind spot monitors, and parking assist in the car we wanted to replace our 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan with. We went in to Lexus of Orland and Chris Merx was the lucky guy to help us (or I should say we were the lucky clients to get Chris)!! We were just getting ideas of what features were available, the seat height of the different cars, which cars had what safety features available. It was an information gathering process for us. Chris was so patient, knowing we were not ready to buy that day, but he spent so much time explaining everything with no pressure. It was a few days and we decided that the RX350 had everything we needed to be safe and comfortable on the road. Back we go to Chris. They pulled some magic and rerouted a new car in transit and had it delivered in a day. Chris gave us a tour of the building, explained how the "FREE LOANER" program works AND "FREE CAR WASHES" forever...what is with that...like the icing on the cake!! When I thought things were as good as they could get (and I was pretty happy)...I was having trouble programing our garage door opener to the car garage door button...Chris comes to our place (on his lunch hour in 100 degree weather), gets on the ladder to push a "learn" button on the garage motor and I pushed the button in the car...and magic...it all worked!!! I never had any other salesperson EVER go out of their way like that. Nothing but fabulous things to say about Chris. Lexus of Orland wants us as clients to be happy and content and if we are not...please let them know. From the time you walk in the door, everyone has a smile and a nice word. So if you are looking for a positive car buying experience (I used to think that was an oxymoron...positive & car buying in the same sentence), please go to Lexus of Orland and ask for Chris Merx, you will not be sorry.
