When we entered the showroom we could immediately, feel the willingness to be of service, that level of customer service is not to readily available in a lot of dealerships. Of all the dealerships we visited I must say, the help provided by the Sales Representative Mike Sabatino, was superior. We were impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle, and his willingness to take the extra time, to make sure we understood the functions on the vehicle. This level of customer service made our decision easy to purchase a car from Lexus or Orland Park. We had to bring the vehicle back to have a minor repair and still received that same level of customer service. We will certainly recommend family and friends to Lexus of Orland Park. More
