The percentage rate I was offered was not competitive until I let them know I could get a lower rate on my own. Magically they beat that rate. And I didn't purchase an extended warranty based on the amount of time I keep vehicles and one of the reasons I bought a Lexus is because of the reliability. I am knowledgeable and a sales person myself and understand up selling but also don't appreciate the attitude I received after declining the warranty extension.
