I use the term consultant versus salesperson purposefully as his approach was to see how I needed to use the car and then focus on how the car would meet my needs. He was thorough and very informative. Although Orland is certainly not close to my home, because of Assad it is the dealership from which I will purchase my new Lexus. More

Prior to visiting the dealership, I searched online for reviews on the storefront, as well as for a salesperson that was vouched for. I saw Chris' name in a couple reviews and they were both very positive; so I thought I'd take my chances with him. I called in to get the ball rolling with my trade-in. I was able to get in touch with Chris; and after a couple back-and-forths with him over the phone, I was able to get EXACTLY what I was looking for in OTD pricing. Chris was very helpful, sympathetic (was mindful of the two-hour travel time to the dealership) and determined to providing excellent customer service. Even while I was at the dealership, he was being very mindful of how I was doing, any questions I had, and again, making sure that my needs as a customer were met. Even AFTER everything was signed and deal was final, Chris followed up with me on my post-deal questions as though I was still an in-the-market customer! All in all, my experience was awesome at Lexus of Orland. I can't vouch for any other salesmen since this was my first time at the dealership, but I can confidently say that I'll be mindful of Lexus of Orland for my next car purchase because of the excellent customer service provided by Chris (if you're reading this -- thanks again Chris!)! One of my service visits prompted me to go into the show room and this gentleman has kept in touch and not at all irritating. I will recommend Mike to anyone who is looking to purchase a Lexus and Linda is also very good at explaining the contracts, her patience and ability to explain things without using industry jargon is amazing for your customer whom has no knowledge of the jargon. I'm truly a fan, because of these two outstanding people that work at this location. More
