The staff was friendly and the salesman (Chris) worked with us for a few hours while we were debating between models both new and used. In the end, the process of delivery was efficient and with this new "Lexus+" dealer model, it takes away some of the drama (though it can be fun) when it comes to price. There are many tools available online nowadays and with a little research, you can really be armed and well educated on what to expect to pay for a vehicle when in a dealer, private lot, or private party so the model of "market price" for an area was true and when that expectation is set, there are no shocks. After all, you are at a Lexus dealer not a Yugo dealer. More

Love my car(s), sales, and service It's hard to switch to another great car brand when you've had a wonderful experience with Lexus. From vehicle reliability and sales (Lisa Sharp was a It's hard to switch to another great car brand when you've had a wonderful experience with Lexus. From vehicle reliability and sales (Lisa Sharp was amazing!) to service (for an older vehicle) and everything in between, there's a comfort and convenience level that I had never experienced with previous brands. (PS: I gave a 5 star for price because while it isn't cheap, it is competitive with similar vehicles in its class) More
they lie to get your money ten years ago i started buying lexus autos, service was great. this past year i felt like i was part of a con the service manager told me i was going ten years ago i started buying lexus autos, service was great. this past year i felt like i was part of a con the service manager told me i was going to have to replace a shock in a 3 year ago car, but it was going to be until next year. i called lexus and it was replaced. within a week, we heard a noise it sounded like the back window was loose. it was the shock the bolt holding it was not attached. i went to the manager it was fixed immediatiately. The person i normally buy my cars from left the dealership, she had told me hold off and look at the 2016 RX350s. Nov rolls around she's gone and i ask them if they would contact her so she would contact me. manager of sales state no problem i talk to her all the time and states this salesman is who she has been recomanding this guy states we text all the time ill let her know you want to talk to her, after a month of this I find her and she lets me know no one has contacted her. She sends a text to this man who she does not recommand and his reply is Sorry you know me I must have forgot. He also started our relationship with a cost letter of RX350. ok I know what they cost ive been driving one for 3 years. He then sent me a if you want us to find a RX350 that you requested it will require a 500 DOLLAR DEPOSIT. North Hills has definately declined and I will Never deal with them again. More

I bought a car from Debbie Work and she is the finest sales professional I've ever dealt with. And I even got an autographed picture of the Vice President who appears on TV on a regular basis. It's a wonderful dealership and I highly recommend it. More
