I've brought my vehicle in for many reasons (mostly maintenance), and the customer service was out of this world. With my recent purchase, I had the opportunity to work with Mario Mendez. With the utmost professionalism, he guided me into a new vehicle. Everything was upfront, he wasn't trying to get me to purchase anything just for the sale, but really pointed me in the right direction. We were able to talk through the pros and cons of many different vehicles along with the specific pricing programs. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and willing to help you out even if you are window shopping. I would recommend visiting this dealership for yourself, and experience what I did. I would also recommend working with Mario if you plan on purchasing or leasing. More

He also told me to come back after driving the car for a week and that he would go over any questions that I might have. I'd like to sing the praises of my Lexus dealership. I took my 2006RXh with over 100k miles in for a routine service and spotted a 2010RXh in the color I'd always wanted. Since I don't buy cars very oft I took my 2006RXh with over 100k miles in for a routine service and spotted a 2010RXh in the color I'd always wanted. Since I don't buy cars very often, I was leery of the sales process. (Besides my 2006 was a fine car and probably would have gone another 100k miles without any trouble.) But I remembered a salesperson I'd met on a previous visit when I'd had my shelter dog along (yes, the dealership is pet friendly) and we'd sort of bonded over rescue pets. Anyway, we started chatting and I was able to slowly, at my own pace, grow into a decision to replace my old car. I could not have asked for a warmer, more competent and thorough salesperson who actually made the purchase process fun! So, if there's anyone out there who hates car buying (especially used), I'd say go see Kathy Walsh for fair and able assistance. (While you're at it, go see Steve Vicek in the service department and try to stump him with a Lexus question. Bet you can't.) They take great care of you at Lexus of Highland Park and I plan on going there for a very long time to come. Cheers to their opening a new and expanded facility -- they certainly need it! More

The test drive was organized immediately and on the vehicle that exactly matched the one we were looking for, with all the accessories we wanted. The final price was given to us quickly without traditionally expected trips to the "manager", and such that was even slightly better then the one we were planning to pay. At the end the dealership has helped us with the lowest interest rate, we could not find on our own and delivered the car in a very short time in perfect condition. We have visited a few dealerships during our quest and found this one to be very different, refreshing and more pleasant then the rest. More
