I have been loyal Lexus owner for over 20 years and have had good luck with the service I have recieved from dealers in the past. However, this experience was not good because of luck. Mario was very knowledgable and patient with me, I was not sure If I wanted the navigation system and worried that I would not know how to use it. He spent the better part of an hour showing me all the different benifits and made sure that I knew how to work it. He even told me to come back if I needed anymore help. I made an appointment for an oil change and was told it would take NO MORE than 45 mins.When I arrived I was now told it would 60-65 mins? I went back to Mohamad who was too busy to take care of my bill. The 45 mins. became almost 2 hours, I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. More

They are the most trouble dealership in all Lexus dealers, I have visited many Lexus dealers in IL, WI, and FL and Lexus of Highland Park is the worst of all…I had rattle noise coming from the dashbo dealers, I have visited many Lexus dealers in IL, WI, and FL and Lexus of Highland Park is the worst of all…I had rattle noise coming from the dashboard of my GS350 whish should be covered under Lexus’s warranty but they wanted to charge me for fixing it, I asked to talk to the service manager and their GM and all told me the same thing that I should be charged for fixing it if I decided to fix it…so I called Lexus main office and they told me I SHOULDN’T be charged because its covered under Lexus dealer, and sure enough I went to a different dealer and it was fixed for free…..DONOT go to this dealer More

Mike did a great job with my CPO purchase of an IS250 AWD. HE was straight forward, honest and a pleasure to deal with. Same with the financing department.
