In general everything went quite well. Waiting time was reasonable and I appreciated the loaner. Service was completed in about 2.5 hrs which is great. Car was cleaned and is driving well. All of the services seem pretty overpriced. I was overcharged for labor o could have easily completed myself. I went to the dealer to complain. I was given no answer and have not heard from anyone for about two weeks.
