It was an excellent experience having having the 10,000 mile service done on my LEXUS Rx. I was greeted immediately on arrival and had the service explained to me. Since the service wouldn’t take too long mile service done on my LEXUS Rx. I was greeted immediately on arrival and had the service explained to me. Since the service wouldn’t take too long I opted to have a complementary breakfast at The Crossings restaurant in lieu of a loaner car. My wife and I really enjoyed the Valentines Day breakfast. Thanks Mary for the timely shuttle service to and from the restaurant. When we got back the car was soon ready. I liked that the 10,000 mile service is complementary. Finally, I was impressed by the nice professionally done complementary car wash provided as part of the service. More
