Upon arrival, the guys out front were all grouped up, didn’t acknowledge me/my car as I pulled into the driveway, and then seemed to not know what they were doing. Afterwards they checked my paperwork three different times/by three different people to figure out where my car was (even though I was told it would be waiting for me out front). Overall it didn’t feel like the Lexus quality customer service I’d experienced in the past. Very disappointing on that level. Also, the text scheduling by “Chelsea” of the initial appointment was a massive debacle. I was sent various texts and emails all confirming a different time and day. None the one I requested. I had to take matters into my own hands. Also she kept calling me “mam” in her texts. No thanks. More
