I moved here less than 2 years ago and have used you for service 3 times spending over 2k. I find ALL of your customer service reps to be unhelpful, they don’t give a xxxx about you once you walk out the do service 3 times spending over 2k. Lots of changes within the company but Service was still nice. Although I did not feel that personal touch as I normally would. Usually as I pull up I’m addressed with professionalism but lots of people sta nice. Although I did not feel that personal touch as I normally would. I arrived at the dealership with a dirty car, needing service after a three day trip because I am moving here from Texas. Although I had to wait while an account was opened for me, I was assigned a ver service after a three day trip because I am moving here from Texas.
