My service advisor Kim Porter was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. She called to explain new conditions the technician found, made reasonable and understandable recommendations, and delivered the car and efficient. He dropped my car off at 7 AM and arrive just before 5 PM to pick it up. I have never gotten a call that my car was ready and they can’t find my paperwork.
