In general everything went quite well. Waiting time was reasonable and I appreciated the loaner. Service was completed in about 2.5 hrs which is great. Car was cleaned and is driving well. All of the services seem pretty overpriced. My car only has about 30k miles on it and is a hybrid so I definitely didn’t need these things they were trying to sell me. The people who handled the loaner car were great! I was overcharged for labor o could have easily completed myself. I went to the dealer to complain. I was given no answer and have not heard from anyone for about two weeks.
