Tim Toor I came into Lexus looking for a new car about 3 months ago but I wasn't really sure. I walked into the lot and Tim Toor greeted me with open arms. I was looking for a Is model but not sure what kind yet. Tim showed me everything from the lowest 250 to 200t to 350. He knew the specs which was phenomenal. On top of that he knew rush or push me the wrong way, very patient about it. I told Tim I'll be back in a few month and he said that's fine let it sit and when you're ready I'll be your guy. So I came back on my birthday and he made it happen with excellent service. Tim Toor you're the man. P.s highly recommend Tim Toor More

There was a lot of back and forth negotiations prior to going in to the dealership, and we made sure that we made it clear we di The service was good. There was a lot of back and forth negotiations prior to going in to the dealership, and we made sure that we made it clear we didn't want to spend too much time in the checkout process. However, we were still there a while considering everything could have been completed much quicker in my opinion prior to us arriving. Overall, they were able to find us very close to the RX 450h we wanted, very close to the price we wanted, and we are very pleased with the car. We will go back in the future. Love the car we bought!
