He was very professional and friendly throughout the process despite my many, many questions and requests for information. I always got what I wanted even before I expected it. Answers were honest, straightforward and complete. Not normal for any dealerships I have dealt with in the past. There was no push to get me to change my requested delivery date that was originally over six months out due to operations I needed to get done.
