Met Bob Delaney who knew we were just looking but he gave us a test drive and reviewed all the features with us. Returned to AZ and shopped for NX. Not satisfied with deal offered, we called Bob. Ended up buying from him. Enough said. We love our service department in Scottsdale where Gary Kreutz has been our service consultant for 10 years. We will continue to use him at Bell Lexus. More
