Great dealership I have owned many Lexus cars in the last 25 years. I usually go to another local Lexus dealership, but this time I decided to try out Lexus Carlsbad, I have owned many Lexus cars in the last 25 years. I usually go to another local Lexus dealership, but this time I decided to try out Lexus Carlsbad, since it is closer to my home. I was blown away! The staff is so friendly and attentive at Lexus Carlsbad. All the departments are so professional and helpful. I used the service department for my regular maintenance on my GX 460, and worked with DJ, he was THE BEST! I told the service department that I was interested in looking at the new Lexus RX , so they walked me over and introduced me to Mac in new car sales. Mac was very easy to work with, no pressure sales, and very diligent on following up with my questions. I ended up buying the RX 450HL, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. This dealership is top notch, I will be a returning customer for sure! More

First ever no pressure purchase. My wife is the Lexus driver and we buy new every 3 years since 1992.. We made the choice to buy from Carlsbad after the being handed a doctored MSRP in Palm Springs, that did not match the VIN on the 350 RX. So for PS dealer to add $2k to a phony paper cost him our business including the fact that we will never have our Lexus serviced in PS . Once we called Carlsbad and spoke to Randy Del Prado and Bob Delaney we knew we could do EVERTHING over the phone, thanks to Gabe Marshall who retired but used to work for Lexus and we called him for advice. We drove to Carlsbad, the, vehicle was ready, the price was lower and the vehicle better equipped. The Carlsbad team were the most professional people we have EVER dealt with in our experience! More
