Honest. Clear with business dealing. Walid, the sales rep is very patient. He is thorough with showing us the features of the car. He's knowledgable with Lexus cars. He even showed us the feature of our existing car which our previous sales rep from other dealer failed to do. Donald is direct and clear with negotiation on numbers. I didn't feel any pressure at all. I bought another Lexus just last year from another dealer and I do believe that Lexus Carlsbad give me the best deal possible. This is a lot better overall compared to my purchase last year from another dealer. I drove 75 miles to Carlsbad but it was worth it. It was stress-free and fast. More
