Tire rotation service required. Received call 2 new tires needed and cost $600. Approved service then received another call recommending alignment for an additional $220. Picked up my car which appeared unwashed (smudged windshield with visible dead bug), blue streak on right side of car and bent front license plate?! When I purchased my Lexus, I was told service exceeds all, told of all the great benefits including car wash. So far my experience with Lexus services have been extremely unorganized, passed around, unclear all with tons of excuses. More
