Dropped car off on a Fri AM for warranty repairs . Expected to get it back around 5 pm on the same day. Late Fri I was told that my car would not be finished until Sat. In spite of me calling 4 di Expected to get it back around 5 pm on the same day. Late Fri I was told that my car would not be finished until Sat. In spite of me calling 4 different times, to check on status while I stayed home all day Sat. waiting for a call to pick up my car, I was not told u til 4 pm Sat that the car was leaking oil and they wanted to keep it until Monday. While I appreciate their concern and the work that was done and the car wash, I was irritated by the lack of information I received. Yes, I had a loner car but I am unhappy about the lack of timely info I received. More
