This dealer is terrible they are not ethical. They attempt to sell L/Certified cars that have damage and do not disclose the information to the public. A L/Certified to Lexus meant the car had he highest standards. In this dealership they do not let the customer know of the damage to take advantage. Avoid this dealership as they are terrible. This is the first Lexus dealership that I have encountered to be so bad. Look them up on BBB and you will see that they have a D- for rating. More

I’ve been calling them for weeks and leaving messages with the finance department to get a copy of my dealer contract. I haven’t received a call back or message from anyone. I purchased a "low milage" lexus from Lexus Carlsbad Within two thousand miles, I went in to another place for a tire rotation, I was told that the tires were over 10 year old and they could Carlsbad Within two thousand miles, I went in to another place for a tire rotation, I was told that the tires were over 10 year old and they could not be balanced or rotated! The car had only 40300 miles on it at the time. Next after spending money for new tires, I had to get a brake job. Seems that the brakes were severely worn. When I purchased the car, the sales person told me that it was in 100% shape and that the brakes had been inspected as well as the entire safety items on the car. Clearely I was LIED to by this dealership. More

I have been using this dealership for maintenance for years now. I normally have a great experience however the past two experiences have been absolutely terrible. I felt like I should post a review so the owners could deal with this issue before things get out of hand. Aside from some other issues of being left to wait for 45 minutes before someone comes to speak with me and assist me with my vehicle. This past trip for maintenance they had my vehicle for over a week at which time I had a loaner. I have two small toddlers in car seats. When I return the car and pull the car seats out there was a bit of a mess underneath the car seats. If youre a busy mom you know this is to be expected. The woman called me two days later to tell me that it was a mess that I should’ve clean. She said and I quote I am a mother and I would never leave a mess like that in my car. She was incredibly rude to me. She finished up by saying she’s not gonna charge me she just wanted me to know how disrespectful it was for me to return a loaner car with a mess in the backseat where my two toddlers were. So essentially she just called to rudely tell me that my toddlers left a mess. And somehow just felt that it was necessary to let me know that that she was a better mother than me because she wouldn’t leave about a mess in the backseat of her car. She also complained that there was sand in the car. Mind you we live at the beach so apparently while they had my vehicle for an entire week they expected me to not go to the beach with my kids. Just think the customer service is pretty terrible and if I were the owner of this facility I would want to know this. I believe this woman was the manager as well her name, if I remember correctly, was Leslie. It is whoever's voice is on the voicemail at the loaner desk. I wish I could remember her name. It was either Shelly or Leslie. Note: I don’t think the business as a whole is this way, like I said they’re wonderful 90% of the time. Sadly, a few rotten eggs can ruin it for everyone.
