I bought their 3k forever warranty as well as the forever oil changes with my new car. And it came with a forever free rental car anytime my cars is in the shop. Isaac is easily a five star salesman! He was extremely helpful and communicative every step of the way. He simply guided the process and was never pushy. We would 100% recommend Isaac. Unfortunately, We cannot say the same thing for the management. We found their claims of Transparency and Trust to be inaccurate. Typical “shady dealer” tactics were used on at least two separate occasions. Nothing too major and it was all worked out to the benefit of both parties, but it’s the little things that count most. In my opinion this dealership will exploit the unwitting. My advice is to go prepared and know values, laws and regulations before hand. The use of external resources (pre-approved financing, trades in value, and OTD pricing from several different dealers) is recommended. I’ve bought several new vehicles in my life and this began as one of the best experiences but quickly took a turn for the worst. I initially thought the OTD price was good but as I reflect after my experience I’m left feeling I was deceived.
