Just an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Joe Savage, Lulu Lakis and Charles Leamy were all awesome and made sure I was well informed and taken care of through the whole experience. Appreciat Joe Savage, Lulu Lakis and Charles Leamy were all awesome and made sure I was well informed and taken care of through the whole experience. Appreciate the time they spent with me to make sure everything was just right, even after I left the dealership. I will be recommending them and Lexington Park Chevrolet, Buick, GMC to anyone I know in the market for a new truck. More

I took my brand-new C8 2023 Hard Top Convertible Corvette for an oil change and tire rotation and three small warranty complaints to this chevy dealership only to find out that the service tech took it out f for an oil change and tire rotation and three small warranty complaints to this chevy dealership only to find out that the service tech took it out for 21 miles of "test drive" during which, per my Onstar app, he exceeded speeds of 80 mph in local roads where posted speed limit is between 40 and 50mph. He then deleted the PDR (built-in dash-cam) joyride recordings or prevented the auto recording from occuring, all while I waited in the lobby for more than 4 hours. None of the warranty items (which weren't fixed) nor the oil change required a test drive. Per the dealership's manager for rotation, a quick round around the parking lot of dealership would have been sufficient for resetting the new position of the tire pressure sensors. Even though the general manager was apologetic and offered a free oil change and topping off my fuel at next visit, I am not convinced I should trust this dealership's service department with my car as long as such Technicians are not seriously reprimanded. And even then, I would not feel happy going back there for service, not knowing what retaliation awaits me. I wonder what the Maryland owner liability is in case of a mishap during "test drives" by a third-party dealership? More
Grant Williams, Jordan Newman and Chris Reynolds were super cooperative with my particular needs: I booked a one way flight from Tennessee to Washington D.C. so that I could drive our new Equinox home my super cooperative with my particular needs: I booked a one way flight from Tennessee to Washington D.C. so that I could drive our new Equinox home myself. I wanted to break-in the brakes, the camshaft and seat the piston rings with some proper procedures. When we first found the vehicle we wanted, Lexington Park reserved it for us without even a down payment or some "good faith" money. This dealership went the extra mile and then some to accommodate my unusual requests. Chris picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership. This is a good place to buy a car. More

No one called to confirm appointment. When I arrived on Monday, he did not know about my appointment and said he may not be able to get to it the same day. I had to call on Wednesday to find the status of my repair. He said they were still working on it. He called Thursday and said they could not find the problem and to come get the truck. When I arrived, he wanted me to replace the battery and alternator just because they were not GM products. He also wanted me to replace the battery cables because they were old. He want to bill me 5 hours to do the replacements. I can do the work in half the time. He said there was nothing wrong with the battery, alternator, and battery cables, but "the GM products are made to spec." The is a bunch of xx. I took my truck to Chevy because I figured they would have the expertise to diagnose and fix my difficult problem. Now I see this dealership repair center is a rip-off. I will not go back to the again. More
These days with short supply of GM trucks, many dealers are marking up vehicles $2-7k over MSRP and/or forcing customers to buy expensive dealer add-ones. I rarely write reviews but my great experience wit are marking up vehicles $2-7k over MSRP and/or forcing customers to buy expensive dealer add-ones. I rarely write reviews but my great experience with Lexington Park (after bad experiences elsewhere) merited this review. After having another truck sold out from under me (despite having a $1000 deposit on it), I reached out Lexington and spoke to Grant Williams and Mike Keyser and within a few minutes we had a deal for a hard to find truck arriving within a week. No dealer markup, no forced add-ons and they didn’t even require a deposit - wow! They even bought my old truck and another vehicle at a very fair price and delivered the truck to my home 75 miles away and picked up my trades. All paper was done electronically with the highly efficient Stacy Chan in the business office. The PDI (pre delivery inspection / prep) was outstanding. The truck was spotless and the attention to detail second to none. Even if you live out of state (like me), don’t worry, Grant and Mike will treat you right. More

Dealership wanted to charge me $6000. 00 for a service that didn’t need to be done and didn’t verify that it actually needed to be done. 00 for a service that didn’t need to be done and didn’t verify that it actually needed to be done. More
