Bought car from Scott in maple wood and was very unprofessional. After the sale Scott never answered calls or returned them and to top it off Scott made me leave my vehicle behind building and I be unprofessional. 3/5 , good customer service, bad solutions. My experience was somewhat average. Everyone was nice and friendly. The only complaint I have is that they lied to me that my credit application was My experience was somewhat average. Everyone was nice and friendly. The only complaint I have is that they lied to me that my credit application was submitted. They never did and that alone wasted a good chunk of my time in my car search since they did got a car I wanted. I was then told that a credit application cannot be submitted unless I see the car first in person. I was also then lectured about my many car inquiries from different dealerships. Umm...I was looking for a car (Duhh) and exploring my different options and opportunities. I end up taking my business elsewhere and am now in a happy car.
