When had a scheduled time to be there it was 45 minutes later till got in We were there because radio would not work charged $490 to fix gps system they told us it would be $1350 to fix radio 495 to fix later till got in We were there because radio would not work charged $490 to fix gps system they told us it would be $1350 to fix radio 495 to fix wind foil in front of car Took the car to Les Jacob in Cassville, Missouri They had us in on the time of appointment fixed radio and wind foil and did a synthetic oil change for a total of $550 More

Jimmy Johnson and his team came through once again with basic Transit T-150 5000 mile service of vehicle but we added differential fluid change, new battery, air filter, and asked for a fine tooth look at basic Transit T-150 5000 mile service of vehicle but we added differential fluid change, new battery, air filter, and asked for a fine tooth look at anything else we might need for long summer trip ahead out west. I’ve been to many service departments in my life and Lewis Ford is hands down the absolute worst. I’ve had experiences where they are unresponsive, unprofessional when I’ve called about status of repai Lewis Ford is hands down the absolute worst. I’ve had experiences where they are unresponsive, unprofessional when I’ve called about status of repairs, service advisors/scheduler input appointments incorrectly, being told work is covered by warranty but wasn’t. Lewis Ford needs to train their staff to handle customer needs. Now that my 2018 F 150 is out of warranty, I’m never going back. More
