Our salesman was rude and disrespectful after the deal was made while we waited to take delivery of the vehicle. Felt as if we were an inconvience instead of a customer. Buying a used vehicle from a dealer of this size/scope I was extremely disappointed to find out my vehicle had some important, but very easy to fix issues that should have been found in their 32 point inspe was extremely disappointed to find out my vehicle had some important, but very easy to fix issues that should have been found in their 32 point inspection. I was either intentionally lied to, or they did not bother to inspect vehicle before reselling. Problems: engine fault code (possibly hidden during test drive due to battery change out/reset the ECM), parking brake not even hooked up and missing linkage, and pneumatic line clogged or cracked on locking differential that I was told had been inspected. So far, even with a 'drivetrain' warranty, I am getting the runaround. The remedies are actually very inexpensive, I can do them myself, however, a reputable dealership should step up and admit a mistake. Update1/27: After several calls and posting complaints online, I am getting some results. They have ordered parts and will be repairing the Jeep. I also finally got an apology. They admit the parking brake issue should have been caught during the 32 point inspection (duh), but maintain there was no fault code prior to purchase and that the rear locker was working. Maybe so, but what am I supposed to think? I will post another update after repairs. More
