Courteous and Caring Customer Service Usually a Dealership has to cut corners somewhere. If you get a great purchase price, you figure that they saved money in their Service Department. . Usually a Dealership has to cut corners somewhere. If you get a great purchase price, you figure that they saved money in their Service Department. . . Well, not at Levittown Ford. I guess they do such a great volume that every aspect of the Dealership is great. When I went to their Service Department last Saturday, and I was greeted by Joseph LaMonica. Joe was kind, caring, and thoughtful. He made me feel as if I was actually the reason why he was there today. He checked into my situation and made sure I was given the best deal possible to keep my car safe and on the road. The service was done faster than I expected, and I even saw a layout in the waiting room with bagels and Coffee, and a Big screen TV. Give me my slippers, and it could have been as if I was home. Joe, and the rest of the Staff there lived up to my expectations, and ensured that the next car I buy should be bought, and Serviced by Levittown Ford. More

Ask for Joe Deguire I used Levittown Quick Lane service yesterday to have my 5.0 inspected. As i walked into the service area, i was greeted by Joe Dequire who was both I used Levittown Quick Lane service yesterday to have my 5.0 inspected. As i walked into the service area, i was greeted by Joe Dequire who was both professional and polite. He took me in immediately and had me out in 30 minutes. This is the second time i have used the Quick lane service and it has been nothing short of rewarding. Customer Service makes a big difference in where i take my car. With Service advisors like Joe, i'm inclined to upgrade my HP at Levittown Ford rather than another shop. Thank you Joe!!! More

Great Service, Great Staff!!!! Right off the bat the service was amazing, dealers have a bad rep but when I made the call that my truck was down Sean Accetta promptly called me back Right off the bat the service was amazing, dealers have a bad rep but when I made the call that my truck was down Sean Accetta promptly called me back with all the info I needed to tow my vehicle to Levittown Ford. They got me into a loaner vehicle while it was being repaired and Sean kept me informed as promised until it was done. The receptionists were all friendly and I felt like I was royalty. Thank You again for the GREAT service!!! More

Recall repair Went in for a recall on Saturday 5/13/17 I knew when I made the appointment I would have to rent a car. Got to the service dept at 8:00 am was told that Enterprise doesn't open util 9 am. Sean Accetta the service manager there took it upon himself to get me in ASAP. He let me know if I was willing to stick around a little longer than 9 he would have the car finished. And true to his word it was. So I was out by 9:30 am and I didn't have to rent a car! More

"Worst service department i've ever seen to" I came to this place after buying my first ford Edge and left with a terrible experience. Unacceptable workmanship and rude staff I recently bought s Ford for the first time. I regret it because of this service station. I have been here 4 times and every single time it has been a I recently bought s Ford for the first time. I regret it because of this service station. I have been here 4 times and every single time it has been a disaster. I needed to have the black side view mirror replaced. They actually installed a mirror with white paint streaks going down it and a clear white line going around it where they had taped it to paint it black. When I pointed it out the response was that it came out of the box like that. So after having my car for 5 hours they had to orders a new mirror and I had to waste another day dealing with this issue. They tell you they'll give you a loaner but they don't tell you that you'll have to wait 20 minutes for enterprise rent a car to come get you and then you'll have to drive 10 minutes up the road to get the loaner and another 15 to go through paperwork at enterprise. Cindy at the service desk had to be the rudest front line customer service representative I have ever encountered. Combative. From the quality of the workmanship to the overall experience I would say the service is subpar and aggravating. More
