Would not give me a Service Appointment Called Service Dept had me on hold for exactly 10:32. Tried to make an appointment to bring my wife's 2014 Escape in for, check eng light, oil change Called Service Dept had me on hold for exactly 10:32. Tried to make an appointment to bring my wife's 2014 Escape in for, check eng light, oil change while there and for NYS inspection. Was told I could just come in with no appointment to their quick service lane. I explained that I did go to quick service lane and left after waiting almost 3 hours for service and that I would like to make an appointment to drop off the car and pick it up when it is done. Was told that they would not make an appointment for me that I had to go through the quick service lane... ?????????????????? I guess business for them is so good they don't need anymore customers so I will help them out by going somewhere else. More
Terrible - total lack of customer service This will be my 4th time -yes that's right 4 times in as many months getting repairs for 2 recall issues. They had my car for over 30 days combined during the previous visits, & I am still having problems. They have never offered a loaner car after I requested several times- they keep my car for days & sometimes weeks with no regard for how I am to get around without a car. I would think the car should have been fixed correctly in all that time, you could build a new car faster then they can fix even minor problems. Everything is a bunch of lame excuses. No one there can make a decision, the manager Tom is never there & he does not return calls. Total lack of communication & extremely poor customer service. One of them even suggested I purchase a new car! My 6yr old car has 36k I do not think I should need a NEW car at this time. If not for the recall I would never have gone here- stay away !!! Its just been a frustrating experience all around. More

They used to do appointments for everything. They say to go to quick lane. I went to quick lane. Over 2 hours for an oil change! And they didn’t have time to do my 40,000 maintenance or check the noise my car was making. But 2 days prior i tried to make an appointment and get a loaner and they said no! Go to quick lane. So i can’t make an appointment and quick lane said they had no time (at 7:00 in the morning). So how does one get this stupid expensive maintenance done? Over the past years the service here has deteriorated. I am about to buy a new car and absolutely love my escape... but with this degree of horrible service I’ll be forced to go somewhere else More

If you want to wait 3 hours for an oil change and inspection I got up at 6:30 AM to make it to the quick lane by 7am since it’s first come first serve, and if you’re not there and first in line you have no chanc I got up at 6:30 AM to make it to the quick lane by 7am since it’s first come first serve, and if you’re not there and first in line you have no chance of getting your car back. It took OVER TWO HOURS after being FIRST in line on quick lane for an oil change and a NYS Inspection. This place is garbage, I’ve never had one pleasant experience. I love my ford but there is nothing good about using their service center here. Just find a regular shop and get your car done there if you like to enjoy your time and not sit in the lobby for 3 hours waiting with no updates. More

I was so happy when Joe returned to the service department. He has always treated me like family and I am sooo thankful for his help throughout the years. He definitely represents Ford well. It was also great to work with Antonio. Ford service is top notch!! More

I recently against my better judgment I took it in for an oil change, and long behold I discover they forgot to put the oil pan cover back on my skid plate. I call and I am told no problem bring it in and we will replace it. So, I drive the 30 minutes all the way there wait for over an hour for a piece that takes tops 10 minutes to place on and I am told they don’t have the part and will have to order it and it will come in 3-5 days. Cut to 10+ days later where I am told the part came in and to come in. I return again and wait now for a speedy 20 minutes for them to tell me the bolts were the wrong ones and they will have them tomorrow. This is now the third time for a mistake they made and it has still not been remedied. I will NEVER be using Levittown ford or any member of this so called vip auto group ever again in any way shape or form. More

This is not the first time i have been there with my 2017 Ford Explorer. I have been there for oil changes and of course 4 new tires because they said i never rotated them so they were all bad, i have complained about air coming from my front windshield when i drive, of course they cant find anything wrong, and my sensors keep going off when im driving, again they cant find anything wrong. Well today i went in for an oil change. no i didnt have an appointment, when i got there i was told it would take 2 hours. I did originally say ok but after 45 minutes i asked if the car wasnt in to be worked on yet i would take it and come back, that was at 12;25, i was told the car was already brought in and was being worked on, so i said ok, it wont take long. Well an hour later at 1:30 i still didnt have my car. The girls at the front desk were very nice and they were looking into it with my service person, i dont know her name but she was the only female associate there. She never came out to me and at 1:50 the front desk girls called me up apologized for taking so long and handed me my keys, When i asked about paperwork i was told if there was any my service associate will mail them to me...I have never heard of this, and if this is how their customers are treated I won't be going back there. I will be looking for a different ford service center to bring my car from now on. More

Brought my new truck with only 4,300 miles in for a heater box under warranty to find the mechanics here decided to cut all wires for plow sander and strobe light. Now they’re telling me the mechanic that worked on truck is out with flu. That’s not my problem. Told them I’m not leaving until truck is fixed. Service advisors comment was I don’t need the plow and sander today. This place is something special for sure. More
