Yes i have the right dealer!! Seriously do you think i dont know where i bought multiple cars. I called you more than once and left a message. We also spoke with the dealership and a service advisor yesterday who both told us there’s nothing they could do to help us. You have no loaners and you don’t rent loaners anymore (part of the problem). You can’t get someone to look at my car. You told me I’d have to rent one on my own. What’s the point of advertising FREE COURTSEY LOANERS if i can’t get one for weeks

Good afternoon Anthony, We are sorry for our technician leaving wires out by the CD door and that tech will have accountability for not double checking his work. The issue with the state inspection was handled properly by my staff because we adhere to the state guidelines and your tail light was cracked. The issue with your $500 deductible on your extended warranty is your responsibility to inform us upfront. As I stated in my email informing you that you did not buy the car here nor serviced your car here until this month. Having said that there was no information in our data base stating that you indeed had a $500 deductible. All through your service visit there were emails back and forth of you complaining about paying for the work you authorized and we provided. The back ordered vent will be sent to you on us.
