I had a pleasant experience at Levittown Ford Service. This is the 3rd time I have been to the service department. Chris was extremely attentive and even came on a test drive with me. The reps I have dealt with in service are always very helpful and truly listen to my problems and work to solve the problem in a satisfactory manner. More
Purchased my 2009 Flex off lease thru Levittown Ford in August who had opened in place of the former Country Ford dealer from who I originally leased my Flex, at which time I added a "Comprehensive" Extend August who had opened in place of the former Country Ford dealer from who I originally leased my Flex, at which time I added a "Comprehensive" Extended Warranty suggested by sales and finance rep's at a cost of $1,990. In October I noticed water leaking into my truck drivers side floor. learned then "Comprehensive" Extended Warranty does NOT cover water leaks. Levittown Ford offered NO accommodation for repairs, spoke with Dennis Marsala (former Finance Mgr) and left messages for GM Bill Dimaio who never returned calls. Only heard from service advisor who stated they could not help me with repair costs. The Flex was just a few months out of its original warranty and my $2,000 "Comprehensive" Extended Warranty is useless. Emails and voice recordings tout they will do all needed to satisfy their customers - well DON'T Believe IT! They have done NOTHING to help me or offered to even offset the repairs. This for a 40 month old Flex with under 32,000 miles. They were quick to sell me a "COMPREHENSIVE" Extended Warranty and welcome me to their "family" but then when I needed their help they wanted nothing to do with me as a now "former" customer - Buyer Beware! Not a dealer I would consider or recommend. More
I bought my car from Levittown Ford and got great service from the sales dept. I bring my car to their service dept because it is close to home and because their service dept is top notch. They have always taken my car in, even on short notice, and gotten me out quickly. I have been a Ford customer since the 1980's. I have had three F-series pick ups and now a 2012 Explorer. Love it, love it, love it. And to have it serviced by such a competent service dept. is a bonus. More
I had to have my 2010 Ford Taurus towed into Levittown Ford from out East. My battery had died at 8:00 PM on a Thursday night and because Levittown Ford offered their VIP services, they sent a tow truck Ford from out East. I didn't have to wait and my life didn't miss a beat. Then, the car was ready the next day. I would reccommend this dealer to any new/used car buyer. They are extremely accomodating as well as very reliable. They saved me enormous aggravation and my life was not disrupted for a minute. Thank you to Keith & Bill for taking such wonderful care of a very appreciative customer. I wouldn't buy or service my car anywhere else... A lifetime customer More

So after a couple of weeks I made my appointment at service to get them installed. I was told that an outside company installs these items. When i return to the service department to pick up my car it was dark, no one showed me the work or went over what was done with me. So it was not untill two days later I noticed the passenger side step bar was not attatched in the front passenger side. So right away I call to get this fixed because now I have to worry about it flying off at 55 miles an hour on the parkway. I explain the situation to my service advisor who tells me she will call the company that does the work & she will call me back... as of three days later & no responce I call levittown service & after talking with the woman at the desk who also after a few days, actually did get in touch with the company , & I make my appointment to get this fixed. After having my car in service from 9 a.m. I get the call at 4 pm to pick it up only to find they have to order a part! So I make another appointment to get this free sidestep bar installed correctly. The company that levittown uses even threw in tinting of my two front windows for my troubles, ok. Now i go to pick up my car , again its waiting outside in the dark... they show me the aftermarket sidestep bars they put on my truck,these are not even for an escape. They told me the original equipment did not fit my truck, even though they fit every other escape in the world.. So now they put the first set on , noone checked theyre incorrect work, now they drilled more holes & put these big bars on. I think they may be for an explorer. Also the tint on my two front windows had lint under it. So i did go back & have them attempt to fix the tint with no luck,it came back worse. To make a long story short, Thank you Levittown Ford for putting the wrong parts on my brand new car that i bought from you!! Also thank you Levittown ford for the ticket i just got for my tint being too dark, oh and thank you for , during all this craziness of free services not being able to be poerformed correctly..... NO ONE EVER SERVICED MY CAR!! i was there at service & they didnt even do my 3000 mile service... i went to another dealer & was very happy. More

Using Levittown Ford for the first time was a positive experience. A family member had their car serviced here and was very satisfied with the results. Service Manager Robert Holmes, went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. I was getting an inspection and he notified me that my tires were in bad shape and could be dangerous. I was thankful to Bob because I have 2 small children and drive far for work. He also notified me of the poor condition of my battery. I felt Bob was genuinely concerned for my family's safety. I was charged a fair price and there were no financial surprises. My car came back mint with even the engine clean! Because of Robert Holmes's professionalism and friendly, comforting rapport, I will return to Levittown Ford for service on my car. More
Had a rattle/creak noise in my new 2011 F150 Lariat 4x4 that was road tested with shop foreman and verified.They ordered a small piece of weatherstrip for left S.C door that I had already taken off prior t that was road tested with shop foreman and verified.They ordered a small piece of weatherstrip for left S.C door that I had already taken off prior to visit.I had to call the parts dept to find out if/when the weatherstrip item came in as S.A never bothered to tell me.They then tell me service manager considers this "normal" and that nothing more will be done.Really??on a brand new $43000 truck??so much for the customer concern and satisfaction.Truck is not repaired yet and is currently being looked at by another dealer that actually gives a crap for the customer.
