I walked in to see if I could have my 4 tires replaced. I did not have an appointment, but Gloria was very happy to help me. She asked me to wait to see if she had the tires I needed in stock. She returned to me with an answer of yes and asked if I was ok with the price. I agreed. When I came back to her when the car was being serviced, I asked if she could do better on the price. I called the day before to schedule a oil change and was told I didn't have to, I could just use the quick lane. I arrives at 2pm on 5/22/13 and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. Upon entering the servic told I didn't have to, I could just use the quick lane. I arrives at 2pm on 5/22/13 and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. Upon entering the service representative area, Gloria Alvarenga courteously inform me that they were unexpectedly short handed and apologized for the unusually long wait. Upon hearing the exchange between Gloria and myself, Jimmy Alvarenga said he would change the oil right now. I was in the waiting area 15 minutes when Jimmy came in and said your car is done. I just purchase a brand new 2013 Ford Explorer and this was my first trip to Levittown service and both Gloria Alvarenga and Jimmy Alvarenga turned what could have been a very bad first experience into a great one. My son’s Escape had a pesky window problem. Ms. Gloria Alvarenga , actually came out to meet me and went over the problem with me. She quickly arranged to have a service representative look at it and gave me a number of options and prices as to how to approach the repair. The price by the way was more than fair, actually lower then I expected. Arrangements were made and we have not experienced any more problems with the window. Well that did it, I knew we had made a friend in the auto business. We have 4 Ford products in the family, and we needed a dealership that was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. And when it came time to buy a new car, there was no doubt that it would be purchased at Levittown Ford because of our experiences with Gloria. You came imagine that with 4 cars, we are often in the service center getting our oil changes etc. But it is always a pleasant experience, from the ladies at the front desk to Gloria, and sometimes if we have other questions, we actually talk to the mechanics who work on our cars. Try that at some other dealerships ! I have recommended many people to go there and everyone has thanked me. Because of Gloria, I know I can leave our cars and not have to worry about having quality work done at a very fair price. So especially to Gloria and to all Levittown Ford associates, I applaud you!
