Being a owner of a Limited Edition Shelby GT, it is often very confusing to service.. As people usually cannot identify the performance parts easily. I purchased a new C-Max Energi. I received a very good price but the process to receive the vehicle was horrible. I was very disappointed until I spoke with Michele Wynne at the Service Center. As a female customer, it is great to have a woman service advisor. Michele is very informed and helpful; always willing to hear my concerns and understanding. She made sure the mechanic knew exactly what my complaint was and even personally checked the car with me to make sure the problem was gone. It's nice that when I call she knows who I am and is always so pleasant, honest and fair. She is the best employee I have encountered at Levittown Ford. Michele makes the aggravating task of bringing a car in for service a pleasure. It is comforting to deal with the same employee and to know you will get your car fixed and not be taken advantage of; that feeling that brings you back time and time again. I am new to Nassau County and was looking for a Ford Service Department to bring my 2005 Ford Mustang to for service. My car had a bad shimmy in the front end and was loosing anti-freeze. Michelle Wynne Service Department to bring my 2005 Ford Mustang to for service. My car had a bad shimmy in the front end and was loosing anti-freeze. Michelle Wynne was very attentive to my problems. Not only did she get as much as she could covered under my extended warranty, but she called me frequently to keep me informed of the progress since parts needed to be ordered. I had surgery while my car was in for service and was unable to drive to pick up my car, so Michelle told me to rest assured that my car would be kept their at no additional charge until I could retrieve it (which was only a week later.) When I got clearance from my doctor to drive, Michelle had an employee of the service department pick me up at the train station so that I could get to the dealer and pick up my car. I have dealt with other Ford Service Departments, but never a department nor a service writer who went so above and beyond my expectations! I will continue to service my mustang at Levittown Ford and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to service their car! Thank you Levittown Ford and Thank you Michelle Wynne!! More

I broight my 2013 Escape in For my 15,000 mile tune up, oil change and an issue I had with my radio and Michelle made sure I didn't Get my car back until everythjng was working 100%. I have met him twice and each event he is very self-motivated, courteous, pleasant and as the first person/face of your service center he sets a very positive tone without even knowing.
