The owner and general manager seems to let these guys operate on their own accord which is they cant be bothered and will not go out of their way for the customer. Shame on you Levittown Ford. More

Service Dept Better Than The Rest Have been to this dealer's service department a few times now. I left my former Dealer that was nearby because of horrible customer service. They are very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Treat customers nicely. Their waiting room is very nice with a lounge with TV, Delicious Bagels, Fruit, Pastries, cookies and coffee. They are excellent in terms of keeping appointments. If you have an appointment at a certain time, you need not worry about getting there before everyone else. They actually stick to the appointments unlike other dealers in the area that make you line up before opening even with an appointment. Oil changes are first come first serve. They are expensive in terms of repairs however any dealer is. You get what you paid for. The will even drive you one way home if you want to leave your vehicle and come back later. More
dammaged my vehicle Brought in my 2013 ford exsplorer to have a defective hood repaired for paint bubbling..had the truck for 8 days,i get it back go out to look at it an Brought in my 2013 ford exsplorer to have a defective hood repaired for paint bubbling..had the truck for 8 days,i get it back go out to look at it and looks like paint was not to metal..so go look around truck and now see two big scratches on my front fender..so i go back in asking for Rob..they tell me one minute..call out sean now because Rob would not come out was having lunch..Sean was nice but had to get Manny to see and go over with me..Manny comes out and says they can take it back in and buff it out as it is only bondo left there..hes tryn to scratch it off with his nail by licking it and scaping it. Then he looks at scratch on my truck and says that was there see you signed ..and showes me a page with xx on areas where damage was before i dropped my car off. Absolutely not..I was not shown the marked before nor would i not have noticed this..i was brining it in because paint bubbles bothered me and you think i would not notice this.I am also unhappy my car had a ciggarett smell to it..my daughter has asthsma and i smelled it as soon as i opened the car door. Manny did offer to bring it in and buff out the white right then..but after waiting and getting annoyed..I just wanted to leave. Also I was there the month before and had oil changed and they forgot to reset oil light..kept telling me need oil changed. And that same day I was picking up,another customer was trying to pick his vehicle up that they had for almost 2weeks..and he was mad because now they had backed it into another car and had to fix that. Dont tell me you were not negligent with my car..as far as im concerned your servce department or wherever you sent to be painted did this to my truck. More
Pleasantly Surprised Well to begin, I recently (4 months ago) leased my first car from Levittown ford. Being that I've never owned a car nor driven in snow before I didn't Well to begin, I recently (4 months ago) leased my first car from Levittown ford. Being that I've never owned a car nor driven in snow before I didn't realize slightly bumping into some snow would damage my car.So I went to the service center without an appointment just see how much it was going to cost to fix it. The service guy was named Mike btw. So I was describing my issue and maybe I made it seem worse than it was because he thought I was going to have to go to a body shop. But, when he saw my car and the damage he got on the cold and wet ground to help me out. Apparently it was a real quick fix, hallelujah, and he didn't charge me to do it, amen. I was shocked that he went out of his way by getting on the floor to fix the bumper or whatever that part was, but he wasn't a sleezeball about it and try to charge me for "labor". I'm happy, so thanks. More
extremely helpful I brought my Fusion into the service dept because the "service engine soon" light had come on. Longest Wait of my life I CALLED UP TO MAKE APPT. FOR CAR INSPECTION. SEAN SAID DON'T WORRY COME DOWN ANYTIME AND WE WILL DO THE INSPECTION. I GET HERE TODAY AND HE ASKED IF I CALLED UP TO MAKE APPT. FOR CAR INSPECTION. SEAN SAID DON'T WORRY COME DOWN ANYTIME AND WE WILL DO THE INSPECTION. I GET HERE TODAY AND HE ASKED IF I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. I TOLD HIM I CALLED AND YOU TOLD ME I DID NOT NEED ONE. I HAD TO WAIT 3 HRS FOR AN INSPECTION. More
Recall Refusal Marissa & Manny, from the service department, should be let go immediately. They were rude and absolutely useless in helping me with the recall on my 1995 Ford F-150 Lightning. Please explain to me why am I required to make an an appointment, which I gladly attempted to do, if they demand I leave my truck there all day anyway with no idea of when it will be worked on. Manny refused to let me to wait for my vehicle to be fixed and stated multiple times that clients with oil changes will be ushered ahead of me EVEN THOUGH I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT for a SAFETY RECALL. I am a devoted Ford owner and have attended many shows at Levittown Ford, but after dealing with those degenerates I will never be at Levittown Ford again. I am also going to take the time to tell my friends and family about the exchange I had today. Is this the help Ford authorized when they sent me this ***IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL REMINDER***? Ford states this Safety Recall (05S28 - Speed Control Deactivation Switch Fire) will be performed for free, well after being required to rent a car for the day and/or miss a day of work while i stroll the streets, I assure you this procedure is FAR from free. What a waste! More

Not only was I was greeted with a happy polite smile, but was shown to a nice table with bagels, and danish. I sat down and it was only moments before Sean Accetta came over and shook my hand. I was treated as if I mattered to him. I was not just another one of the many people he had to help that week, but someone who was his concern. I was not only treated with Respect, but out of there much quicker than I expected. With the VIP service I received, I left with a smile. Thank You Sean, for making my experience a great one. More
My car is a 2003 Ford Escape Sport. It is an old car with lots of quirks. Recently I broke the most expensive piece in the entire engine... we're talking 5k expensive... and Sean felt horrible. He knows how lots of quirks. Recently I broke the most expensive piece in the entire engine... we're talking 5k expensive... and Sean felt horrible. He knows how much I car about this car. Heck he calls my car by it's nickname :) Along with that piece being broken, my oil pan cracked, burning oil smell was in the cabin AND my heat vent decides if and when to push air out. Sean, in this instance, had to hand hold me and take me through almost a month without my car. Now it's back in the shop with a broken alarm and a messed up door. Sean is handling it all - ON HIS DAY OFF. He has gone above and beyond what any normal person should do or has to do. He, Marissa and Miriam in the front area always amazing and they are the reason I stay here. I don't have the pleasure of meeting the mechanics... and these three are the first line of defense against customer issues. Sean is handling everything... and it is a lot to ask of him. He is never cruel, he is never rude, he is never anything other than a consummate professional. If he leaves... there would be shoes so big no one could fill them. More
