Our salesman couldn't have been any nicer and did his best to get the car I wanted. I came in with a specific model already in mind that they didn't have on the lot, but Bruce said he would find it for m best to get the car I wanted. It took a few weeks longer for the car to arrive so the dealership was nice enough to give us loaner for free since we really needed a third car. Even though it took a bit longer than I thought to get my car from another dealership, I felt everyone at Levittown Ford did their best to make it as quick and convenient for us as possible. I love my Fiesta and we're likely going to be back to get my mom a new car! More

I was overwhelmed with the kind, courteous, professional attention Mr. Fred Rollo gave me visiting Levittown Ford. He was not pushy nor did he in any way ever try to impress me with the sales bullshit and attention Mr. Fred Rollo gave me visiting Levittown Ford. He was not pushy nor did he in any way ever try to impress me with the sales bullshit and scam lines. He spent with me about one hour trying to give me the best deal for the least amount. If I ever had a team of professionals, Mr. Fred Rollo would be my player. I know he is going places with his expertise in automobiles. All I did was go, look, and price a good deal and it was like an angel touched me. He did not crowd me, nor give me sale ratings, so forth and so on. In fact, he left me alone and stated that If I needed any kind of assistance just ask for him. Mr. Fred Rollo is by all means my sales man of the year. More

i went into Levittown Ford knowing little about the leasing process and having looked at the fusion at other dealerships. Bruce welcomed us right away and got us off to test drive a fusion and showed u leasing process and having looked at the fusion at other dealerships. Bruce welcomed us right away and got us off to test drive a fusion and showed us what was in the lot. he was very knowledgeable about the car and all the functions. when we go back to the lot he was very patient with me while i was trying to decide between 2 cars (one was a V4 and the other a V6). he brought us inside and worked on the prices, he was very honest about the specifics of each and ultimately lead to my decision of my purchase and i thought it was the right price for the car and within my price range. He was great through the waiting periods of the financing and insurance and made me feel very comfortable about my purchase. he even helped schedule my service appointment to add a remote starter. He was very personable and I would definitely recommend him and this dealership to my friends. he has kept in contact and let me know that he is there if i need help with the car which i think is a great quality in a salesperson.
