I purchased a ford escape in dec. 2011. Upon purchasing I purchased a ford escape in dec. 2011. Upon purchasing with Fred Rollo, who was very helpful & a great salesman, i was given side step bars for my c I purchased a ford escape in dec. 2011. Upon purchasing with Fred Rollo, who was very helpful & a great salesman, i was given side step bars for my car. Redeemable anytime I wanted, from service. So after a couple of weeks I made my appointment at service to get them installed. I was told that an outside company installs these items. When i return to the service department to pick up my car it was dark, no one showed me the work or went over what was done with me. So it was not untill two days later I noticed the passenger side step bar was not attatched in the front passenger side. So right away I call to get this fixed because now I have to worry about it flying off at 55 miles an hour on the parkway. I explain the situation to my service advisor who tells me she will call the company that does the work & she will call me back... as of three days later & no responce I call levittown service & after talking with the woman at the desk who also after a few days, actually did get in touch with the company , & I make my appointment to get this fixed. After having my car in service from 9 a.m. I get the call at 4 pm to pick it up only to find they have to order a part! So I make another appointment to get this free sidestep bar installed correctly. The company that levittown uses even threw in tinting of my two front windows for my troubles, ok. Now i go to pick up my car , again its waiting outside in the dark... they show me the aftermarket sidestep bars they put on my truck,these are not even for an escape. They told me the original equipment did not fit my truck, even though they fit every other escape in the world.. So now they put the first set on , noone checked theyre incorrect work, now they drilled more holes & put these big bars on. I think they may be for an explorer. Also the tint on my two front windows had lint under it. So i did go back & have them attempt to fix the tint with no luck,it came back worse. To make a long story short, Thank you Levittown Ford for putting the wrong parts on my brand new car that i bought from you!! Also thank you Levittown ford for the ticket i just got for my tint being too dark, oh and thank you for , during all this craziness of free services not being able to be poerformed correctly..... NO ONE EVER SERVICED MY CAR!! i was there at service & they didnt even do my 3000 mile service... i went to another dealer & was very happy. More
I VISITED LEVITTOWN FORD IN HOPES TO LEASE A FORD EDGE WHICH I DID. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THE DEALERSHIP WAS NOT A VERY PLEASANT ONE! THIS WAS MY FIRST PURCHASE OF A FORD PRODUCT AND I WAS NOT HAPP WHICH I DID. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THE DEALERSHIP WAS NOT A VERY PLEASANT ONE! THIS WAS MY FIRST PURCHASE OF A FORD PRODUCT AND I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH MY SALESMAN.I FELT I WAS MISLEAD ABOUT THE DEAL IN ORDER TO MAKE THE SALE. FOR EXAMPLE, HE TOLD ME TO SIGN THE DOCUMENTS FOR ONLY 10,500 MILES AND THEN I CAN UPGRADE (FREE OF CHARGE) TO 12,000 BY CALLING FORD CORPORATE. AFTER ALL WAS SAID AND DONE I FOUND OUT THROUGH THE GENERAL MANAGER THAT THIS WAS NEVER A FORD POLICY AND NOW I AM STUCK WITH ONLY 10,500 MILES. WHILE MAKING THE DEAL FOR THE EDGE HE ALSO TOLD ME HE COULD MAKE A DEAL WITH A FUSION AND THEN WHEN IT WAS TIME TO DO SO NONE OF WHAT HE SAID WAS TRUE. THE ONLY WAY I GOT ANY SATISFACTION WAS WHEN I CAUSED A SCENE AND THE MANAGER AND GENERAL MANAGER HAD TO STEP IN. THE SALESMAN PROMISED THE WORLD UNTIL IT WAS TIME TO SIGN THEN EVERYTHING SEEM TO CHANGE. THIS IS NOT THE WAY I EXPECTED TO BE TREATED NOR SHOULD A NEW CUSTOMER BE TREATED. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE RED CARPET POLICY BUT NOW AFTER I DID END UP PUTTING SO MUCH MONEY DOWN I'M SORRY THAT I WILL BE STUCK WITH FORD IN ORDER TO BENIFIT FROM THIS POLICY. DESPITE THESE ISSUES I AM HAPPY WITH BOTH CARS BUT WILL THINK TWICE ABOUT RECOMMENDING OR DOING BUSINESS WITH LEVITTOWN FORD IN THE FUTURE. More

I dealt with two sales people and both were very helpful. I don't like being pressured when i am purchasing a new vehicle and i felt very comfortable while i was in the looking stage. I paid a visit to LEVITTOWN FORD in early part of January, 2012 and met Robert ( Bobby) Kennedy who was to be our salesman when the time came for the purchase. We found him to be friendly, knowledgeable, informative, honest, sincere, and DEFINITELY NOT pushy. We were set on purchasing the beautiful FORD TAURUS in the month of either March or April. The week of March 11, we came to see Bobby, signed papers, etc. He explained in detail about the car, answered all our questions, took care of the registration, insurance, etc. We had no pressure to deal with. Also, Bobby made some very valuable and helpful suggestions. My husband and I were totaly impressed with him and very grateful for his kindness and honesty. On the overall, we found LEVITTOWN FORD dealership employs friendly and warm. On March 16th, 2012, I came to get my new TAURUS but not before BOBBY showed me all the features of the car, giving his time and patience, without any rush.
