I was in a car accident and my 2002 Ford Escape was a total loss. I needed a car fast. I already knew I either wanted another Ford Escape or a Honda CRV. My first visit was to a Honda dealership. Almost immediately he asked if I wanted to go on a test drive. It was raining but we went. I really liked the car. My next visit was to Syosset Ford. My experience was TOTALLY different. My dad and I were the only ones in the dealership. I saw one salesperson and advised I wanted to see a Ford Escape. He " pointed" to where it was. My dad and I walked over. I loved it as soon as I saw it. " I " walked over to the salesperson and asked him to give me info on the car. It was like pulling teeth. I asked him if we could go out for a test drive he said "nope, it's raining". I asked him for a price. He took me to his desk and just wrote some numbers on the back of his card. He was giving me very high prices. Nothing compared to what I had seen on-line. At one point I asked him if there were any incentives &/or rebates and he practically laughed at me?! Needless to say I was very disappointed and my initial thought was to go back to the Honda dealer. My dad felt the same way. We decided to try another dealer. We went to Levittown. It was the right decision. As soon as we walked in we received a friendly greeting and a salesperson was sent over right away. He immediately introduced himself as Taylor Jackson. He took us over to the Escape and explained everything. I asked for a test drive and he said "Sure!". No problem from him at all. He walked us over to another Escape with other options. We went back to his desk. On his computer he pulled up different models, he turned the screen towards me and went through everything. I really have to say it was a relief. He made me feel very comfortable. Whatever I asked he answered with no hesitation and if he didn't know he would go and ask. I didn't feel like I was bothering him at all. I felt he was trustworthy. Making the customer feel comfortable, and that we can trust the person we're dealing with is very important. Obviously, it made a difference with me. I purchased the car. While I was there I also spoke with a regional manager, I think he said his name was Mr. Baltazar. He was courteous as well. Jeffrey Palmerio explained how the electronics and entertainment system worked. He, as well, was helpful, friendly and funny. Overall, I can say my experience at Levittown Ford was great. I have nothing negative to say. I would definitely recommend Levittown Ford. I have already shared my experience with many of my friends and co-workers and many of them have said they feel the same way that I do. "If you make me feel comfortable and that I can trust you, I'm sold" Taylor, I appreciate your assistance and I hope your supervisor realizes what a great employee they have. Thank you, Laura More
I was having problems with my 2003 Ford Taurus and I woke up one morning in tears from all the money I had spent on getting it fixed when I had it for less than 6 months and without further thought I went on up one morning in tears from all the money I had spent on getting it fixed when I had it for less than 6 months and without further thought I went online and found a dealership and set up an appointment for an hour later. When I arrived I was introduced to Robert "Bob" Tauber and within hours I left the dealership in my new{used} car. I wish I had decided enough was enough months before because I could have saved so much money but I am grateful for Bob and all his help he truly made this process easy. This was my first dealership experience and it was amazing! I am looking forward to returning in 2 years for a SUV/Jeep but for now I am happy with a stress-free commute to and from work. I spent the day looking at many other dealerships and was getting frustrated with the lack of knowledge other salesmen had. My last stop was Levittown Ford and I walked in 15 minutes before closing. My salesman, Taylor Jackson, stayed late with us even after the dealership closed and everyone else went home. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to show us the cars I was interested in and was able to make recommendations to fit into my price budget. Overall, it was a great experience and Taylor was kind, respectful, and very professional. I am looking forward to recommend Levittown Ford to my friends! Thank you! More

What a great experience at Levittown Ford and a great guy to be found in Al Omar. Omar was super honest and kind and never pressured me. He was extremely focused on making sure that I left with the vehicle that I wanted and that I was happy and satisfied. Such an asset to Levittown Ford. Also, all of the staff was friendly, helpful and I was greeted by each one with a hello and a smile. A big thank you to Mike Volonakis for making my lease happen. We had been looking at the Ford Fusion Titanium for a few months at another Ford dealership. When we were ready to do the deal (it was a Sunday 3/24) the color (Sterling Gray) was not available. They claim months at another Ford dealership. When we were ready to do the deal (it was a Sunday 3/24) the color (Sterling Gray) was not available. They claim they searched the inventory in the Tri-state area and it showed there was one but it was sold so our only other option was to select a different color or factory order. My husband had been without a car for 4 months and was borrowing someone's car and did not want to wait another 6 - 8 weeks or settle for a color he didn't want. We told them we were going to think about it. Monday morning I went on the internet and searched for other Ford dealerships, picked Levittown Ford and put in Ford Fusion Titanium and Sterling Gray and 1 exact match came up. It had the navigation and rear camera which was also something we wanted. I then called the dealership and the woman who answered the phone (unfortunately I don't remember her name) and asked her to check the stock # to see if it was available and she came back and said it was. I asked if I can put a deposit on it over the phone and she said yes. I did that and then within a half hr Robert Kennedy called me. I gave him more information, faxed him sone info and set up a time to meet on the next day in the evening. Met with Robert and was there maybe a half hr and set up a time on Thursday night to pick the car up. Robert was not able to meet with us on Thursday night and told me that Daniel Krauciunas would help us and Nick Volonakis would do all the finance paperwork. Again if we were ther for a half hr that was alot. Dan went over the Sync system and the car with us even though we are familiar because we own a lincoln. Everything went smoothly from the first phone call to the day we picked up the car. It was the fastest car deal we have ever done. It's too bad for the other dealership. The car shopping experience I had at Levittown Ford was for the most part positive, thanks to Dan who helped me with the purchase of my new vehicle. When I came in the other week on Sunday to get a quote for the trade in value on my vehicles and look at a Jeep on the lot, I was put in touch with dealerships appraiser who gave me at first a low ball offer on both my vehicles. (I knew they were very low because I already got significantly higher quotes from my dealer in CT where I always had the service done since they were purchased.) He (appraiser)was able to come up on the trade in value and we were only a few dollars apart from making the deal happen, but he said he would call me back the next day after speaking to a supervisor to see if there was any higher he could go. When I got a call the next day,they came up to an agreeable number on one of my vehicles, but now they decided to drop the price significantly that they quoted me on my other vehicle. When Dan, told me this over the phone, I was very turned off and didn't wish to give you guy's my business, because I felt I couldn't trust Levittown Ford after they did not wish to honor the quote from a day prior. I expressed this to Dan, and I felt bad for him because I knew this would cost him the sale, and I knew it wasn't his decision. That same day I was already in talks with another local dealer about purchasing an SUV from them and was supposed to go for a test drive when I got back into town. Before I got to go for the test drive I got a call from a girl at Levittown asking me if I was still interested in purchasing a car, and I told her the entire story/experience I had, and she was going to pass the info to her sales manager. Within about 15 minutes of closing, I get a call from Dan letting me know he had good news and we were able to come to an agreement on the trade ins. He broke everything down for me over the phone, and I felt like I could trust him so I left a deposit and told him I would be in the next day to finalize everything. I was very happy how everything worked out in the end thanks to Dan, the girl who did the follow up call, and the manager who gave the go ahead. I felt Dan was patient, courteous, and most of all honest and had a positive experience overall and that is why I gave the rating I did. Thanks More

My husband and i went to Levittown Ford to look at the 2006 Mercury Mountaineer they had posted on optimum autos. Omar was our sales person who took us on a test drive. He was so nice, courteous, and he looked into any concern we had with the vehicle. For example: the tire pressure dash light came on, so omar got out of the truck and checked each tire before we left the lot. I had a list of 10 vehicles and 6 dealers I wanted to go to that day, and this was the first car that we had looked at, so we did not purchase at this time. We went to two other dealers, one that did not have what they had advertised, and another whose vehicles were not in as good shape as this one was. Also, the salesman at the second place had a personality that left much to be desired. This is when my husband and I talked it over and decided that not only did Levittown Ford have the best vehicle, we felt that they also had the best salesman and we would rather give them our business than look elsewhere. Omar welcomed us back into the showroom, went over every detail of the sales process, and introduced us to his manager (sorry, I cannot remember his name, just that he had what sounded like an Australian accent) who chatted with us while Omar was doing some paperwork. He was also very friendly and made us feel even more confident in our decision to purchase from them. The next day we picked up the truck. It was President's Day, so the showroom was extremely busy. Omar had warned us the night before that it was going to be busy and that we may be there for a few hours, so we were prepared. Even though Omar had many customers to tend to, he still made sure to check in with us on several occasions. He even let us go in the washbay to see the truck and open it up while we waited. This when we met with Nick Volonakis in financing. He was extremely knowledgeable about warranties, and he went out of his way to find us the best interest rate possible. We were all set with one bank, but then he found another with a lower interest rate and did the paperwork all over again. Like everyone else here, Nick was very friendly and made our experience here that much more memorable. This truck was for me, replacing my '95 Honda Accord. I am completely in love with this truck and would definitely come back to Levittown Ford to purchase my next one (although it may be awhile, I really love this truck). I'd recommend Levittown Ford to anyone who is looking for a vehicle, new or used, and I'd tell them to ask for Omar. He was wonderful; he made this experience very enjoyable and it was hassle free. Everyone here was nice and polite and made us feel comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. More
