The problem is that first I had an appointment, and I was told that my oil change would take 1 hour. It did in fact, take 1 hour and 40 minutes. If I had known that it would be that. I don't know why it took so long, although I did have side rails on my car, so they had some issues with raising the car to do the oil change. The service area was so packed on this day, that there were not enough seats. Something seems wrong with that. More
