I called to ask if there was a continuing problem with the battery draining. My battery was replaced in Nov. 2023 for this problem. Kathy told be that they had a service bulletin on the DCM having a par the battery draining. My battery was replaced in Nov. 2023 for this problem. Kathy told be that they had a service bulletin on the DCM having a parasitic draw on the battery. The repair was under warranty and we made an appointment for the next day. I took the car in, Kathy did the in-processing and Alex took me home, then picked me up when the car was ready. The whole process was stress free. LG Subaru service department should be the benchmark for other LG dealerships to follow. My daughter had a disastrous experience with the service department of a LG dealership, down the road from Subaru, for a recall repair. They should go to Subaru to learn how it should be done. More
