I think the quality of work is good but every time I go in, and I’m other dealers are the same, it costs $500.00 or more. Simple service work turns into a big expense. Frustrating. If I could rate this dealership at a Zero or below I would. I first want to say, Ekaterina in Service is the only GOOD part of Lester Glenn Subaru, not sure why she wants to work there! We have spent A LOT OF MONEY and have been VERY PATIENT with the non stop screw ups by your service department.We have a vehicle with 40,000 miles on it. This last visit is just another SCREW UP! We were told the oil pan had to be replaced as there was a leak. When I asked why I never saw a leak in my driveway, I was told it just started. WHAT? Oh, but it is covered under warranty. Nice, this sounds like a way for them to make more money! Going back to the previous visit, we purchased a "tire warranty package" when we bought the car. Lester Glenn could not find this in the system. After so much trouble, the NEW tire that was put on the car was a DIFFERENT tire than we had. That created driving issues and air leakage. WE WERE TOLD THE MECHANIC WAS NEW! HOW ON EARTH DID YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT GET TRAINED??? Then, the next visit, we were told we needed 4 NEW tires at an over priced amount of money! We figured, if we do not go to the Dealer, they may not cover any future problems. IMMEDIATELY after picking up the car that took SEVERAL DAYS to service, the tires pressure is LOW AGAIN! We had a 6 hour drive, each way, out of state with a car and tires that we could not trust after spending almost $3,000.00 on service and tires! Turns out, it was due to the valve stem where you put air in. We were told by your Service Department new tires DO NOT COME WITH NEW VALVE STEMS! WHAT? We severely OVER PAID, AGAIN, at Lester Glenn and STILL DO NOT HAVE A CAR WE CAN TRUST! There are numerous other issues, like the 2 windshields and sunroof put in, the NOISE IN THE CAR SINCE THESE WERE INSTALLED IS AWFUL! I am sick to my stomach just reliving this NIGHTMARE. We have spoken with numerous other Toms River residents about your Service Department and there seems to be a TREND! No one we spoke with will ever go back and now you can add us to this list. NEVER AGAIN will we be ripped off, over charged and NOT get straight answers and proper service. I will be reporting Lester Glenn to every State and Government agency as this is a SAFETY CONCERN and A FINANCIAL CONCERN especially for us disabled Veterans and over 60 year old people in this area. I believe we are owed compensation for the over priced, time consuming, low quality and POOR SERVICE. THIS MEANS THE NEW TIRES THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO COME WITH A WARRANTY WE CAN NOT BENEFIT FROM AS WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO LESTER GLENN. It is an UNDERSTATEMENT to say how FURIOUS I am. More

Kathleen Ottmer is my service consultant I have to say she always go's above and beyond to help with any problem I have.after the tec installed my new radio she made sure that it was connected to Sirius x she always go's above and beyond to help with any problem I have.after the tec installed my new radio she made sure that it was connected to Sirius xm also helped me par my mobile phone and went back inside and got one other to make sure it was OK you guys have the best service group that I ever encountered.Keep up the good work More

My day began with a tire inflation problem. I came into service without an appointment on one of my most difficult days ahead of me only to discover I had a nail in my tire. Eric greeted me and assured me it could be fixed one way or the other. I needed a new tire...they had me in and out of the service department in record time...I so appreciated Eric's efforts and for keeping me informed of the progress as they dealt with my car. The remainder of my day was challenging but knowing I had 4 good tires on my vehicle alleviated some of my anxiety. Thank you Eric!! More
