Brought car in for oil change. Service consultant Kathleen Opinski took care of me. When completed she said everything ok and started to go thru each page, noticed something was not right in coding. She showed me brakes coded green however we’re at a 2. She explained that could not be and went and brought it to the attention of the service agent who worked on the car. Kathleen came back and said he coded incorrectly, which left uncorrected would lead to further problems and higher expense. I needed rear brakes replaced. She arranged for drop off and pickup immediately. Car was completed within an hour.. Ha$ she not gone thru each page, line by line this mistake would have not been caught. She explained everything and I so appreciated her though ness. More
The worst, stole my $200 skid plate, put on a junk one, added 40,000 miles to car fax report. Stained door panel, fluids not topped off. I would like to send a shout out to a few people who made my experience a whole lot better. I had my 2021 Chevy trail blazer only 3 months when a deer decided to ruin my day, let alone my ability to get to w my experience a whole lot better. Your compassion, kind words and quick response put me at ease and made a very stressful and upsetting situation for me easier to handle and took all the stress off of my shoulders. Thank you just doesn't seem good enough. So a big virtual hug and my upmost respect to you. You are your team take customer service to a whole new level and treat people like they are your family. Next would be Kerry Monica, you replied within the next 5 minutes. You set everything up for me and handled all the odds and ends when I was to overwhelmed to do it on my own and I am so grateful for you and also for putting my mind at ease during a very difficult time.
