It took me longer to check out than it did to have my car serviced. The customer service representative was going to lunch when my car was sitting out front for 10 minutes l had to go after her to check me o serviced. The customer service representative was going to lunch when my car was sitting out front for 10 minutes l had to go after her to check me out, l waited long to pay my bill as well because a salesman was having a long conversation with a customer at the reception window, l guess they were purchasing a vehicle versus me just paying a $325.00 bill. I’m not sure I’ll be coming back , my car is making a weird sound when the air conditioner is on high that didn’t happen before. I had an appointment with a sales person that never showed up to give me my vehicles trade in value. Why did someone bother to call me to set up this appointment if no one showed up? I think I’ll be using a local mechanic where l live. I feel l wasn’t treated fairly and working in a customer service position myself for many years something was just very off about the manor of service that day, now I’ll have to have my car looked at because of the sound the air conditioner is making after it was serviced, l kind of dread coming back to your dealership because of this. More

Scheduled service was done as expected. No complaints. There was a recommendation to have an alignment performed for $149, but no where on the report was there a place that showed why. These are $20 - $30 items. cost to replace by you was $49.95 for engine (OK), but $89.95 for cabin filter. Over charging you customers for additional service will make me think that Lester Glen isn't a good place to buy cars. More
