I traded in a BMW 325 convertible which I owned for over 10 years for a new Subaru Impreza. I must admit I was impressed with the professionalism of this dealership even though they were very busy and the dealership was under renovative-construction. A salesman Frederick Bodtmann IV came out to guide me toward an appropriate parking place and was there throughout the day to listen to what I really wanted; He brought up car after car on a day when the temperature was close to 80 degrees; He was determined to fill my requirements based upon his inventory. He tirelessly waited with me and answered all of my questions and made my purchase the closest thing to a pleasure. I have purchased and leased many cars during my lifetime, on my own, but this experience showed me how honest and straightforward Fred is. Donato Jensen was also right there to assist as needed. Hopefully this Impreza will live up to the efforts of this dealership; Coudos to you Lester Glenn for selecting such a phenomenal team. Lester Glenn have me top dollar on my trade and sold me the WRX I wanted @ $800 under msrp (pine belt wanted 2,000 over msrp) and they included a bunch of extras ( all weather mats, wheel locks, cargo net) where as pine belt when confronted about overcharging me for my last subaru their answer was " well you signed the contract and their is nothing we can do" so totally recommend Lester Glenn Subaru honest no bull people buy from them. More
