Yes, you might be thinking....things can't be that nice at a dealership...well, here at the Toms River Subaru you can be happy purchasing a car and servicing it throughout the years. Servicing and buying a car is not on peoples top list of things but at least here you know you can believe in the service being done on your car and the level of professionalism from the sales team. Jack is very patient and listens to what the owners need and what never pushing you toward another direction. Months before our 1st purchase, we met our sales rep Jay Jackson at an offsite Lester Glenn event of multiple manufactures, We didn't go to get a Subaru. Then we met Jay. Jay was professional, knowledgeable and personable & the type of individual I would recommend to anyone who wants to purchase a Subaru vehicle. Our 1st car was ordered a few months after we met and the 2nd car was more of a spur of the moment type of purchase to upgrade to a little bit bigger of a vehicle. In addition to using the cars for commuting to work we do a lot of weekend trips with usually 3 adults and our Yellow Lab Shea and the Impreza, which was a great vehicle was simply just a little too small at times. In both purchases, negotiations were non-pressure and hassle free and Jay along with our finance guy Donato Jensen made the entire purchase & paperwork enjoyable! We will be back next year to see them both about getting an additional vehicle - probably something even roomier for our Labrador Shea!! More

I put my feelers out to 12 dealerships in NJ and Lester Glenn was one that responded immediately. They were upfront and honest about everything I wanted to know about the car, including the price. They never seemed to mind answering any question with ease and immediately I knew that I was dealing with knowledgeable friendly people. I felt more than comfortable driving over an hour to go down to their dealership to see if they would follow through. What ensued was nothing better than a perfect car buying experience. As a woman alone, you can feel pressured but NEVER did I feel like the people who helped me, namely Fred in sales, Donato and finally Mike in finance, we're talking down or at me. They made me feel at ease with every step. While waiting, I met a gentleman waiting for his car who told me he'd never bring it anywhere else because of the high level of customer service at this place. I see why.
