Service problem...SOLVED! I experienced a problem with my initial Service experience with Lester Glenn Mazda. When I couldn't resolve the issues myself, I called Joe Bogigian, I experienced a problem with my initial Service experience with Lester Glenn Mazda. When I couldn't resolve the issues myself, I called Joe Bogigian, and he called me into his office where I explained what had transpired. I purchased a fantastic new vehicle from these losers and they will not do any warranty work. They do not do anything after the sale for the customer. Their hyundai location told my wife steering and transmission failures aren't covered in a bumper to bumper warranty and would not inspect. My mazda wanders on the highway and they blame the air pressure. Anything to get the customer away until the warranty expires. Overpriced bg sservices. Refilled my washer fluid with water in winter. xxxx BAGS! Close your doors and get out, you stink. More
I went to the dealership because my tire gauge warning indicator was lit. It took them 2 hours to patch the tire. They were also supposed to change my oil, but the sales rep told me 'he might have missed indicator was lit. It took them 2 hours to patch the tire. They were also supposed to change my oil, but the sales rep told me 'he might have missed that'. Two hours for a tire patch and then the technician forgot to change my oil. I realized this was the case because the sticker was never changed. At least the service rep called me, but really wasn't very apologetic. An update.. The service tech called, apologized for the mishap, and offered to have the car picked up for the oil change. I explained that I was 35 mins away but he said he would still have someone come. I don't know where this change of heart came from, but it doesn't really matter. He apologized again and offered to do whatever it took to make me, the customer, happy. More

Although the service experience hasn't been without flaw, Lester Glenn lived up to their great reputation and has agreed to fix any issues with an awesome upgrade! Drove in for an oil change. While waiting looked at a new vehicle. The salesman said "If you need help, let me know." Thirty minutes later we had a deal to trade our owned 2009 Outback for a 2011 Outba new vehicle. The salesman said "If you need help, let me know." Thirty minutes later we had a deal to trade our owned 2009 Outback for a 2011 Outback for less than one half of it would have cost to lease it for the two and one half years since we purchased it. See you in 2 and one half years from yesterday. More
