Arnold was very helpful and explained everything, he took the time to go over the vehicles on the lot and found me exactly what I was looking for, when we test drove the car he allowed me to play around with the setting and even speed a little bit. I felt comfortable and looked after. When I picked the car up we went over every feature and he helped me customize the car to my likings and needs, even thought it was after closing.
