Needed to upgrade my daughters vehicle which was previously purchased through Lester Glenn. Upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted by Greg Bibbo who understood my needs. Frank was as good as you could ask for to sell you a car and explain everything in clear cut and understandable English- no auto-speak to deal with. THis is the 4th car we have purchased from Lester Glenn, and explain everything in clear cut and understandable English- no auto-speak to deal with. THis is the 4th car we have purchased from Lester Glenn, the other three being Equinoxes. The sales function has always been excellent. My only problem was the unbelievably long wait to get my car from the service department, close to 3 hours. Over the years, my wife and I have found the service function to be mediocre at best. It's ashame, because it tends to detract from the outstanding sales experience we have always had. Would have rated the service part at best a 3. More
