As I returned to Mazda for my scheduled maintenance I saw a new face. He introduced himself. I expressed my concern over an issue becoming present and a few cosmetic issues on the vehicle I originally purcha a new face. He introduced himself. I'll go back a bit, I decided to purchase my car in the evening and had not noticed a few imperfections. This was purchased through a different sales person. After a couple of months a minor issue appeared. Gregory listened to my subtle, yet heartfelt rant. To make an already long story shorter, I'll say that I left Lester Glenn Mazda feeling like I was listened to, and steps were taken to bring me closer toward satisfaction. Between the 2 cups of vanilla latte I made, a bottled water I was offered, Gwens Pineapple Lifesaver, Diane's friendly, and entertaining communication, Andrew and Ryan's expertise but most of all Greg with his confidence, kind heart and abundance of patience to get me into a new vehicle with very minimal transition discomfort.
