Dave and Mike were the most pleasant to work with and very polite. They worked with me to make the purchase as easy as possible. I felt comfortable every step of the way. The process was done in a timely fashion. The last time I purchased a car it took nearly the whole afternoon to complete and it was quite aggravating, that was not the case this time. Dave explained everything that I was signing and took the time to show me around the service department while my paperwork was being processed. I actually enjoyed being their customer! I went in to look at the Mazda CX7. I had a Mazda spped 3 and loved the car but was looking for something more reliable in the snow and a little bit bigger. They put me in the price range I wanted and got me the main things I wanted....sunroof and butt warnmers. They even helped with getting me Simonize to help tith the black paint I got. Originally I was looking at the Black Cherry but didn't like it in certain light. I was hesitant to do black even though it looked hot and thats when the informed me of the Simonize. I had such a comfortable experience and everyone was so helpful and friendly. I am happy with my new suv and happy with how the service is when I bought my car and how they take care of me in the service department. Thank you!! More
