After having bad to extremely bad experiences at a number of other dealerships I happened upon this Mazda dealership while driving my wife to work. Since I had wanted to look at a mazda cx-9, we pulled into of other dealerships I happened upon this Mazda dealership while driving my wife to work. Since I had wanted to look at a mazda cx-9, we pulled into the lot and saw a 08 cx-9 with a gentleman taking its picture to add it to their internet site. I dont remember his name but he quickly referred us to dan who then along with ed provided us with the best customer service and consideration I have received in any purchase let alone a big ticket item like this car. I cannot express how grateful both my wife and I are to them but to say I will be a loyal Lester Glen customer and will let my friends and family know where to buy their next car! Thank you! More

After being told there was nothing this one dealership in Toms river could do for me and basically stated thanks for stopping in, but you can leave now....I not only was satisfied with my situation but grateful and thankful that all of these gentlemen (Michael, Edward and Eric) took the time to explain and show me how they could make this work for me financially. Paul was easily one of the best sales employee I have ever had to deal with. Unfortunately my experiences in receiving the same attention are few. From the moment I submitted a request on line and Lester Glenn the service from Lauren Mayer was informative, personable yet respectful of my privacy and time. Upon meeting Luke Albrint and Dan Deuber this level of care continued. Luke and I spoke several times on the phone and in person and every encounter he was professional, genuine, friendly, caring, informative, helpful, trusting and fun. He was patient with me and answered all my questions ( believe me I had numerous)and broke things down to me so I fully understood the process. He counseled me on my credit and gave me tips on how to improve it. Luke went above his realm and supported me in areas he did not have to. It is not a secret that car salespeople have a not so favorable reputation. Well my experience with Dan proved otherwise. From the onset of our test drive I could tell that Dan was a patient, friendly, caring and knowledgeable person. We connected immediately. He was never pushy yet asked me open ended questions about the visibility, comfort and feel of the vehicle. He was assertive yet courteous and he to exemplified care and trust. It was an absolute pleasure working with these men and feeling safe and trusting throughout my entire process. I plan to actively search within my network of people to find out who is on the market or thinking about a vehicle change and making sure they go no where else but to these men.
