I came into the dealership ultimately because I knew they were the only one in the area that had the car I was looking for, the exact color and style. I did all my own research on the vehicle which was a 2014 Mazda 6 and I spoke and visited several other Mazda dealerships all over NJ looking for this particular car. Truthfully, all the other dealerships did the work for me when it came to test driving, explaining the features, working out the prices, and also getting me approved through the Mazda Bank. I had two other dealerships in the area pretty much racing to find me the Sport model in the blue mica. After making my own calls, it turned out Lester Glenn was the closes that had exactly what I was looking for. So basically I went straight there after work and sure enough they had it and because I was already preapproved they just worked out the numbers for me which was honestly confusing as usual. Although I think I got a good deal for the car because it was typically what it was running for and exactly what I wanted I took it. In the end the staff was good, they were patient because I was in their late but they didn't rush, they were friendly and in the end I was happy because I was able to drive off with my car that night. This is the twelfth new car I have purchased or leased in my lifetime. It was almost a surreal experience. I've had three other Mazdas, so it was just a matter of which dealer. I found other good Lester Glenn reviews on Dealerrater, so I gave them a call and it was a ridiculously good experience. I kept telling Dave and Nick that I was waiting for "the other shoe to fall" because everything seemed too good to be true. The monthly payment for the same car/same specs/same lease length/same money down at LG was over $100 less than what other dealers were quoting-- seriously: over $100 difference monthly! And they delivered the car to me --over 100 miles one way. I can't recommend them highly enough and I'm ashamed of myself that it took me this long to write this review; I've had the car for a year now. No problems whatsoever. Thanks, Guys! Great job!
